Olive oil – The liquid gold of Krk
Olive oil on Krk is known as the island’s liquid gold. It is produced exclusively mechanically from indigenous varieties (Debela, Naška, Rošulja and Slatka). With its geographical location, the island of Krk contributes to the production of the best olive oils with high oleic acid and polyphenol content, responsible for freshness and the unique aroma.
